With so much information out there surrounding healing and holistic medicine, understanding how to care for yourself and maintain wellness and vitality can become overwhelming. I have been helping individual in the Trumbull and Mahoning County areas to navigate all of the information about nutrition, herbs and supplements, and holistic care to find the right solutions for their individual needs, since 2011.
It is my firm belief that we were all placed here to make our world a better place, leaving it better than we found it. It is for that reason that I have chosen to become a Naturopathic Doctor and Midwife, and why I share what I have learned on my own journey as well as observing the journey's of others. My goal is to teach others the importance of being kind to them selves and how to do that so that the kindness that we give to ourselves over flows to others.
As a Naturopathic Doctor and Midwife, I am working with each person as an individual to determine the underlying cause of any symptom or group of symptoms and guiding that person to best support his/her body in re-balancing and healing. This is achieved through dietary, and lifestyle recommendations as well as the use of botanical and other holistic therapies.
I am grateful to for the privilege to be part of the journey of so many recovering from endocrine disturbances, GI disorders, Emotional Distress and Imbalance, Chronic Pain, Headaches, Hormone Imbalance , and more.
We are each pebbles in this pond. the ripples that we make with our actions reach further than we can ever truly see.

Bio
Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. MacDuff completed her Doctor in Naturopathy at Trinity School of Natural Medicine in 2013. She Completed Board Certification from the American Naturopathic Medical Association in 2016. Other certifications include Master Herbalist, Acupressure and Reflexology Practitioner, Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Nutrition Consultant. She is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, a member of the Academy of Integrated Holistic Medicine (AIHM formerly the American Holistic Medical Association-AHMA) and the American Naturopathic Medical Association (ANMA).
Since 2011, she has been teaching, coaching, and guiding individuals, helping them to navigate all of the information about nutrition, herbs & supplements, and holistic care to find the right solutions for their unique needs.
Dr. MacDuff has authored 3 books; Beating Food Allergies, The Phoenix House New Vitality Cookbook, both released in 2015, and Whole Again, released in March 2017. A second edition of Beating Food Allergies is currently in the works as well as another book, slated to release in 2021 and 2022, respectively. She has also hosted an internet radio show, Rising Through It with Dr. Danni on Voice America’s Health & Wellness channel in 2015, and currently provides content on her YouTube channel, has released a number of small booklets on various subjects including CBD Oil, Essential Oils and Herbal Preparations, as well as hosting a live show Tea Time with Dr. Danni on Facebook’s Live platform and producing a bi-weekly cooking show What’s on The Menu with Dr. Danni hosted on her YouTube Channel.
In 2011 Dr. MacDuff began speaking at various venues on a wide range of natural health subjects. She was a preferred speaker at ITT Technical Institute in Youngstown, Ohio from 2013-2016, teaching a variety of natural health workshops during that time and was a breakout speaker that the schools 2016 nursing program health fair. Currently, Dr. MacDuff continues to teach on a wide variety of natural health topics in Trumbull and Mahoning Counties, Ohio and is bringing her expertise to relatable and useful course online via Teachable.

Naturopathic Care
Naturopathic Medicine is non-toxic, Non-invasive care what seeks to find the root cause of symptoms, then support the body in the healing and re-balancing of those causes. Naturopathic medicine works with the body's innate healing ability to by identifying the most appropriate form of support for those healing mechanisms and implementing that support to facilitate healing.

Midwifery
Direct Entry Midwifery or Lay-midwifery serves to educate, support, and empower women during pregnancy , labor & delivery, post natal periods of motherhood. These services provide a natural, life & family- centered approach to this life process. by educating women and their families on the process as well was providing guidance and support during and after the birth. A DEM does not provide medical services, rather helps to support the natural process of pregnancy and birth while assisting mother and family in recognizing and navigating available solutions to possible complications. My practice solely services home-births. Options for water- birth are available.
